Our interiors, designed by the visionary Afroditi Krassa, evoke an urban sanctuary — the Ithaca poem hand-written on our Soho exterior reflects the importance of the journey in life.
Every skewer is grilled over specific oak charcoal from sustainably managed British woodlands. No chemicals, no shortcuts — just pure flavour.
